Lauren Fleer

Mrs. Lauren Fleer graduated from The Ohio State University with both a Bachelor of Science in Education (Early and Middle Childhood Studies) and a Master’s in Middle Childhood Education. She taught for many years at these age levels in Southwestern and Columbus City Schools, and more recently served as an Area Director and Teacher with LifeWise Academy. Mrs. Fleer and her husband, Zach (who is also an educator), are actively involved and passionate about the ministry of their local church, Faith Community Church, located in the Hilltop area, where she has served in children’s ministry for several years and more recently began serving as the Children’s Ministry Director this past year. Lauren and Zach have one son, Grady, who is in our Pre-K program.
