Non-Discrimination Policy:
The governing board of the Northside Christian School, located at 2655 W. Schrock Road in Westerville, Ohio 43081, has adopted the following racial nondiscriminatory policies:
Northside Christian School recruits and admits students of any race, color or ethnic origin to all its rights, privileges, programs and activities. In addition, the school will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, employment, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school administered programs.
Northside Christian School will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or ethnic origin in the hiring of its certified or non-certified personnel.
Background Check Policy:
In order to ensure the highest level of professional care and safety for our students, NCS is committed to conducting and evaluating FBI/BCI background checks and fingerprinting for all paid staff or faculty members, as well as background checks for any volunteer who have direct unsupervised contact with students at any time (field trip transportation, classroom helper, assessment support, etc.). These safety measures will be regularly maintained and filed as part of our safety records.
