Executive Director

Jeff Peterson served on the school board of NCS for many years. Over the years, he has been active in many facets of school operations from fundraising to construction projects and coaching elementary soccer. He graduated with an education degree in mathematics from Bob Jones University and received a master's degree from The Ohio State University in mathematics. Jeff's passion is that NCS be a cooperative effort of the parents, students and faculty in pointing kids to Christ and perparing them for a life of service in the church. Jeff has three children at NCS.

Mr. Stout began his ministry with Calvary Bible Church and NCS in 2016. He is a graduate of Cedarville University where he studied Elementary Education and Spanish. He is married to Emily Stout, our Spanish teacher. Jesse demonstrates a love for Christ and his people by sacrificially pouring his life into the lives of others with great compassion, boldness for Christ and dedication to excellence in the classroom.

Prior to joining NCS Ashley owned and managed logistics and administration in multiple small businesses. She began her service at Northside in 2017.  She has 4 children here at Northside. Her favorite verse is Philippians 4:8

Mrs. Kathy Marshall attended Joliet Jr. College and Columbus State. She began her service at Northside in 2007. Kathy's favorite verses are Isaiah 40:21-26

Business Manager, Speech, Drama

Brock Miller earned a BA and a MA in communication studies from Bob Jones University.  He spent five years as a member of the communication faculty at both Bob Jones University and at Northland International University. In addition to his business manager duties at NCS, he teaches the senior speech class, the high school drama classes, and he directs the high school spring play. Brock met his wife, Amy, during college; and they have two daughters at Northside, Ashlyn and Laurel.

Senior Pastor, Calvary Bible Church

Eric began his ministry at Calvary in July of 2010. He and his wife, Cindy, have been involved in church planting, missions, music ministry, evangelism, and pastoral work. His greatest love is to make disciples by following the pattern that Christ Himself gave in the Gospels. Preaching God's Word flows from a heart that loves God, loves people, and desires to see them grow in grace and knowledge of Christ.  Eric and Cindy have three married children.  Carissa is the wife of Todd Davis and mother to their five children. After planting a church and faithfully shepherding there for 9 years, they are pursuing a church planting ministry in Marseille, France. Quentin is married to Brittany. He is finishing his seminary work and he works as a realtor in Greenville SC. Hunter, is currently Pastor of Youth at Heritage Bible Church, is married to Nikki.

Assistant Pastor and Bible Teacher

Pastor Conn is an Assistant Pastor at Calvary Bible Church.  He teaches Bible at NCS.  A native to central Ohio, Michael treasures the people and places of the Midwest and especially enjoys ministering to our college students and singles at Calvary Bible Church. Michael came to Christ at a young age and exhibited a sensitive heart for ministry throughout his growing up years. After finishing a B.A. in Bible, Michael went on to complete an M.A. in Ministry from Bob Jones University in 2015. While at BJU, he met his wife, Irene, and the two were married in June, 2015.

Pastor of Discipleship and Counseling

Serving as the pastor of discipleship and counseling at Calvary, Dave has ministered as a church planter, pastor, counselor, and theology teacher since 2000. His great burden is for individual and families to become dominated by the greatness, grace, and love of the person and work of Jesus Christ. He seeks to equip each member of the body of Christ to become an effective minister for Jesus. He loves to teach and study church history, seeking to recognize how Christ has powerfully built his church. Having studied at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary, Dave was able to recently write a practical book titled, God’s Battle Plan for the Mind: The Puritan Practice of Biblical Meditation. He and his lovely wife Mary Beth have 5 daughters: Ruthie, Gracie, Rebecca, Faith, and Suzie.
